Vinum Conservator offers you a 30-day money back guarantee on all undamaged VC-R1 machines.  If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the machine, notify us by phone at 661-251-0097 and we will immediatly issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number.  This RMA number should be referenced on your return shipment.

The following terms apply:

• You must return the machine to us within 30 days of your purchase.
• You are responsible for any return shipping charges.
• Returned machines must be in like new condition and must include all stoppers, power cord and manuals.
• Returned machines must be packaged in such a way as not to be damaged during transit, preferably using the original shipping package.
• Items which are used or damaged will be accepted at our discretion and may be subject to a restocking fee.
• When we receive the returned merchandise in accordance with the above, we will issue a credit to your credit card or issue a check to you.

12 MONTHS WARRANTY AGAINST DEFECTS

Vinum Conservator offers a warranty against manufacturing defects and will repair or replace any machine found to be defective, within the scope of normal use, for a period of one year (12 months) from the date of purchase.  Claims should be submitted via e-mail at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it or by phone at 661-251-0097 and we will immediatly issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number.  We will repair or replace the defective items and return the machine in full working order to the customer at no charge.

The customer is responsible for the charges to ship the machine to Vinum Conservator, and we will pay for shipping the machine to the customer after repair or replacement.
